A very clever and passionate wine man, Paul Boutinot has been involved in the wine industry for over thirty years. He started, as many seem to in the trade, by accident – disillusioned with the wine available in the UK, he went to France to buy wine for his parents restaurant. Since that time he established in importing business in the UK, wine making facilities in France and more recently established his own vineyards in the southern Rhone.

Paul has an extensive history in France, particularly in the Rhone & Languedoc. Over the past ten years Paul has slowly acquired a series of old vine plots and garnered invaluable knowledge and a network of local growers. The result is a selection of wines made from the Seguret & Cairanne vineyards together with carefully selected fruit from other CDR villages. The very talented Eric Monnin, formerly with Bouchard Pere et Fils & Champagne Roederer, makes the wines.
